O site do 50º Congresso da Sociedade Brasileira de Medicina Tropical, que ocorre entre os dias 26 e 30 de agosto, em Rio Branco, no Acre está on-line e pode ser acessado pelo link:www.medtrop2014.com.br
O prazo para submissão de trabalhos é até o dia 23 de junho de 2014. Cada resumo pode ter até 10 autores e cada autor pode inscrever até 04 resumos. Prêmio Jovem Pesquisador
Os 15 melhores trabalhos devem preparar uma apresentação oral de 15 minutos. Eles também serão expostos no 1º dia do congresso em formato de pôster. A banca examinadora selecionará os 5 melhores trabalhos que serão apresentados em local e horário a ser definido no primeiro dia do evento. O resultado da premiação será divulgado na solenidade de abertura. Ao enviar o trabalho, o autor deve optar se submeterá à premiação. Clique aqui e veja o regulamento.
Inscrições
As inscrições para participar do Congresso podem ser feitas pelo site até o dia 26 de julho. Após esta data somente serão realizadas no local do evento, a partir das 7 horas do dia 26 de agosto. Associados da SBMT terão desconto no valor da inscrição. Para tornar-se um associado clique aqui. Após o término do seu cadastro aparecerá uma opção para a emissão do boleto bancário com pagamento da anuidade no valor de R$150,00.

The deadline of abstract submission is June 23 2014. Each abstract can have up to 10 authors and each author may submit up to 4 abstracts. The judgment is based on the other abstracts. The best abstrats will be awarded. More information on the link http://medtrop20014.com.br/envio-de-trabalhos/.
Young Researcher Award
The authors of the best 15 abstracts must prepare an oral presentation of 15 minutes. They will also be displayed in the first day of the congress as posters. The examining board will select the 5 best abstracts to be presented during the first day. Time and place are still to be defined. The result of the award will be disclosed in the opening ceremony. When submitting the abstract, the author must choose whether or not he/she wishes to compete. Click here and read the conditions and terms.
Registration
The registration to the event can be made through the website until July 26th. After this date, only on-site registrations will be accepted, starting at August 26th at 7:00 A.M.
